The prophylactic antibiotic that I probably would give her would be something to avoid Pneumocystis corinii "Gerovecki infection" or "Jerovecki infection."

She never says these letters again and all I can document is neonatal adrenoleukodystropy. Since she's almost 60, I don't think that would fit.
