Milton, no ulterior motive here. I'm also not a cynic, so perhaps it's best I just graciously back away from this board. You've already answered my question. This is not a board for the likes of executives. The information flying around is inaccurate, and that's the way it will remain. Since most people are smart enough to go to the source when seeking verifiable info, I'll trust the general population to be sensible enough to contact the source if and when in doubt about what they're reading. Sorry to have disturbed you.

You're using the quotation marks at the end, which means Google is searching for that exact phrase. Take the quotation marks out, and you'll get it.

Since the definition of hydrosalpinx is "The accumulation of serous fluid in the fallopian tube" I would say that is a condition and not something that can be made into a plural. You wouldn't say "He has gouts", you would say "He has gout in both feet".
So, I'd say something like "There was hydrosalpinx in both fallopian tubes" when he tries to make it plural.
That's my take on it, anyway.

Typing in all caps is considered shouting. Who wants to read a post where the person screams at you the entire time? The majority of users simply ignore those posts, and any valuable information is lost. Please do NOT use all caps, you will only be perceived as ignorant, inconsiderate, and lazy.

Assessments need to be without abbreviations (unless the abbreviation is so obscure that you and no one else knows it). If not, when they are audited it will hit the fan. Remember all the middlemen who are going to read and make decisions about reimbursement, etc. based on the report. Some of them are $8.00 an hour employees and are making decisions regarding OUR health care and the treatments/procedures our doctors have decided upon. Does that scare you too?
