The posterior wall of the fundus was grasped and placed underneath the retroesophageal window and the opposite site of that was grabbed, creating a Nissen fundoplication. A s/l Shooshan test and standalone test were adequate.

Doc is going 300 mph - states what s/l "he was given a preop dose of Cefoxin and IV antibiotics" so Cefoxin doesn't make sense to me. The child is 3 y/o undergoing Nissen fundoplication. Any ideas? Thank so much!!
