Could be

Subject: Could be

The abdominal aorta divides above the level of the extremities. An aortogram *with runoff* has two components; the first when the dye passes through the abdominal aorta when they can get an abdominal aortogram, and the second when the dye runs off into the arteries in the leg when they can get an arteriogram/angiogram of the legs.

The doctor could have used *with* to mean that both aortogram and leg arteriogram/angiogram were done. The words *arteriogram*, *angiogram*, and *angiography*, all stand for the same, but since the blank is in the diagnosis, the MT needs the right word.

The MT did a great job with the phonetic spelling. So, she probably heard a *with* too there.
