Does anyone know of a medication that would be refilled at 0.375 that sounds like cosamine that would be used for IBS?

Does anyone know the correct spelling for this? In doing a search, I find Cosamin DS, but not sure if there may also be something spelled as cosamine. Patient has a number of chronic problems, including knee and ankle pain, but she's not saying glucosamine.
