I had the same new dictator twice in a row...QA filled in my blanks for the same word 2 different ways. One filled it in as color flow mapping (which sounds better to me), and one filled it in as cuffmapping. Since my specialty is NOT Echocardiograms, I thought I'd ask you all. Which is correct? Thanks

Sentence: Urine was sent for culture and grew <s/l a-c-ti-mono-fluorescence> and <s/l a-c-ti-mono-thi-origin-osa> sensitive to IV Zosyn and resistant to by mouth Cipro.

Her 24-hour urine for ***BMA*** was normal. Her 24-hour urine for 5HIAA was normal. Her 24-hour urine for cortisol was normal. Her 24-hour urine for normetanephrine and metanephrine was essentially normal.
I cannot verify this or find anything close to this. Can anyone help??
