Hi, I am typing a new chiropractic account, need help with this word or phrase. Sounds like (phonetically): "quad-ray-sin and bor-en" tenderness or "quad-ray-sin and lor-en tenderness," grade 2.5 on the right, grade 2 on the left.
Any thoughts??
Thanks in advance!

Ipro CTM device, or I-Pro CTM device, or EyePro CTM device...............
Can't find anything on this, not on Ipro (or I-pro, etc.,..) or on what a CTM is. They are talking about diabetes but I am not certain if this has anything to do with it or not, and adding diabetes to the search did not help at all anyway. Help!!
Need desperate help on short dictation

Doing Urology dictation. He is talking about a Puff/Pup/Pop score?
Secondly, he mentions a left pudendal "perineal rono"?
The patient has undergone a pudendal block and intravesical therapy and is taking Avapro if that helps.
Thanks so much in advance.

I wonder if anybody knows what the abbreviation for LD and PD are in chiropractic work?

Subject: chiropractic help
I found out by calling the dr's office; PD=pelvic deficiency; LD=leg deficiency. I think they make up their own abbreviations as they go along.
I have another one though, I may ahve to call them. It is SNF, if you can help, please.
