i'm baffled; i can't find these meds. there is a "mirtazapine" that comes in 15 mg, but I think it's taken at hour of sleep (qhs) not as needed (prn). The only drug I can think that fits the second one is "Zestoretic" and it comes in 10 mg, but if you say the doc is CLEAR, then I'd flag it cuz it's "clear" as mud to me... good luck
