Where I have "light cautery" it sounded like he stumbled and it came out "glicautery."
So does light cautery sound right?

ENT surgeon says "Binner bipolar electrocautery" he even spells it but I can't seem to find a direct reference to it anywhere. Anyone heard of it?

My neighbor had the surgery for BPD, but I don't know the details. She knew I was very interested in the details. Since then she's become more secluded. I don't know the exact reason, but it's unfortunate. Hopefully someone else can weigh in on this as well.
In the meantime, I'll keep looking.

I am positive he is saying sugarcane, but I cannot find any documentation anywhere to support this. I have never heard this used as an anesthetic before. Am I hearing this correctly?
