did not give content because he just says "mild left concha bullitis". He uses concha bullosa throughout dictations all the time also, but this is second or third time with this term and bullitis is not something even on Google or Stedman's site.
My best guess is that dictator means conchitis, but is -itis-ing the bullosa

Rule for Sentence Ending and when to use comma
Can somebody share with me the rules to follow for sentence ending? I am a bit confused with the feedback from my QA, when I chose to put a comma she wants me to end the sentence and start with a new sentence. The next day when I did was to end the sentence, she edited my work and placed a comma instead. Can anybody share with me some guidelines to follow. TIA.

If you're asking whether the sentences look right, most of it looks okay to me, but at the very least, I'd suggest the following changes:
1. BioMed AGC anatomic femoral component, 60 mm, left.
2. BioMed all-poly patellar button, three-post, 34 mm diameter. (you might be able to expand all-polyethylene if okay with account specs).
3. Biomet DCN AGC molded tibial component, interlock finish, posterior stabilized, 12 mm thick x 65 mm wide.
Someone else may do it differently, but this is how I would type it.
BTW, did you mean BioMed on #3, or is it actually Biomet in this case?
