s/l she's saying he was "induced with HEG and received a total of 6 mg/kg." ESL doc. Could be HCG, ACG, AGG or something else entirely. I can't find anything in my books or online.
an "autograft cadaveric pulmonary valve replacement?" (sm)

relatively new to cardiology- it sounds like the doc is saying that the patient is status post "aortic valve autograft cadaveric pulmonary valve replacement."
Am I just misunderstanding the terms, or am I mishearing what she's saying? I thought (could be mistaken?) that autograft meant it was grafted in from somewhere in your own body, and cadaveric meant it was taken from a cadaver. So how can a replacement be both autograft and cadaveric?
