doc is doing tah-bso adhesion from colon to s/l corner angle to the tube and ovary and freeing up the s/l corner angle. Any clues? Could it be coronal angle. It is not cardinal.

CT SCAN cannt figure out part of scan Pls see message
Reveals abnormal hypermetabolism in the lymph nodes in the neck, more right than left including ?factitious learning of the thyroid?, in the anterior mediastinum as well large expansile right rib lesion. Bone scan reveals uptake in the right lateral 7th and 8th ribs.

It does reveal maxillary sinus mucopurulence and I cultured this area of yellow drainage and submitted it for aerobic and anaerobic and fungal cultures. I then suctioned the area with _Venalia _ suction under endoscopic guidance and suctioned all debris from the nose and maxillary sinus.
