The next highest is 5/325, then 7.5/325, 7.5/500, 10/325, and
10/650 mg.

You then titrate up to a higher dose. Titration is increasing in increments rather than giving a big dose all at once. Hope this helps.

This stumped me too the first time I heard it...it means the lowest point. Zenith is the highest. Kind of old-fashioned terms, but interesting!
