Dr. Says: She has tried Robitussin with codeine, as well as (s/l Teflon probes)without much effect. I have also given her a prescription in the past for Ambien just to try and help her to sleep temporarily while she is struggling with this cough.
The patient has been diagnosed with possible pertussis.
Can teflon probes be used for coughing? Any ideas?

Cholesterol is 315, with an LDL of 202. Hemoglobin A1c is 10.5, glucose is 283 s/l lab A is normal.
iron studies
Iron studies were normal except that his B and C were negative.
This is under abnormal liver function test, most likely fatty liver disease.
When I google I get hepatitis B and C info. Help clear my confusion!
