BOS question

I have looked everywhere, but can't seem to find what the BOS has to say about using symbols in a DX.  Any help is appreciated.

"The patient is at 28+ weeks gestation."

  • Don't know if BOS addresses this, but I've been doing Ops for years - and always use the +, especially for preggos. NM
