Every now and then i get stupafied and can't hear what they're really saying

Sounds like maybe "DeVries-McBride bunionectomy." Very fast talker, slurs the first part. I can't find any reference to a DeVries bunionectomy or any type of DeVries foot surgery. The McBride part is clear, however. Any ideas?

My opinion: In bunionectomy there is an apical access guide, so I guess why not a guidewire?
