I'm from the Southeast but I certainly know where the Grand Canyon is. I've heard of the Black Hills of South Dakota. I know where the Rockies are. doc doing consult says what s/l seca, sica, sacka syndrome (dry mouth and dry eyes). Doesn't sound at all like Sjogren's which is all I can find for dry mouth and dry eyes syndrome.
