What does this abbreviation mean? "NSTWA" on an EKG wiht sinus arrhythmia.

and then says CROIMI (spells out).  I'm thinking IMI might be inferior myocardial infarction, but no mention of this prior although does have CAD and is status post CABG.  Don't know what CRO would be, though.  Any suggestions?
