Could be anterior fontanel soft and flat...gotta love those docs who abbreviate everything imaginable...

The cord was double clamped and cut and the infant was taken to stabelette?? for evaluation.  I'm pretty sure what he is saying is not stabelette (s/l stable-let) but that is what it sounds like. 

Feeding regimen is ** Persobe** 24 kilocalories/ounce

I guess it has been longer than I thought. LOL Is it possible to be per Sobe? When I look up Sobe, I just get the drink you buy at the store. Thanks!

5-day-old infant with episode of bradycardia.

the infant was noted to have by auscultation 4 episodes of heart rate in the 80s.  She had a peirdowski? OR POSSIBLY She had appeared ____?

Doc has a thick Spanish/Portuguese accent. I am really stumped by this and curious as to what it could be.

The incisions associated with replacement of the stimulator, in the thoracic incision and the left buttock incision where the generator is, are somewhat tender.  There is no overlying skin reaction.  There is no warmth, no ? food ?collection. 

Could food collection be correct? I have never heard this doctor say this, and he is a mumbler.  Thank you!

This patient is obese, and has been working with exercise and Captain Printzell. ???
