I have started her on Colestid 1 gram b.i.d. incase she has s/l cholerrheic diarrhea, related to her cholecystectomy.
I am just verifying the spelling of cholerrheic ..... I could swear that it's spelled with only one "r" but the doc spells it out with two. HELP!

I heard this multiple times yesterday and blanked it but I keep hearing it. Just wondering if anybody knows what the heck this is. S/l this is something they use to drain away the diarrhea. In 6 years I've never heard of such a thing.

Since there are so many different transcription platforms, you can't always program in the 1/2 symbol and typing it like that - 1/2 - is clumsy and can be unclear when read. The guidelines at my last in-house job were to convert it to decimal if possible.
