is it a consult? is doc a hematologist/oncologist? did you listen further to get possible clues/diagnosis/history?...only possible guess i can come up with is "regarding 'a known drop in' hemoglobin"...??

There was a longitudinal tear, not all that unstable, in the posterior horn of the medial meniscus in more the white white zone.  Not sure exactly how this should look.  White-white, white/white or something else. Thanks.
