Preseptal cellulitis, left eye, spread to a conjunctivitis and subsequently a keratitis with corneal perforation and endophthalmitis which eventually led to _____.
Sounds like "an adisoration." The patient is middle aged, but not alert and has diabetes. Any ideas? Thanks.
