Subject: Brain and ears not working

I have been out of the loop for a while and need help with the usual verbiage used in a review of systems.  Where can I go to find it?  Please help.  Thanks

Silly ?
Subject: Silly ?

I feel silly asking this spelling of a non-medical word, s/l rehesitant is the word and I have noone to turn to right now to ask, so any clues?  I can pronounce it but cannot spell the darn thing.  The patient is resident or rehesitant to surgery.

Thanks!

principle is belief--associating le with belief (same sound)

principal is main. a as in main.

BTW, "principle diagnosis" is INCORRECT!! That company is way off, unless it's the client that knows no better and is insisting on that spelling.

I have been transcribing for this doctor for some time now, and I swear he is saying

Hydrochlorothiazide 50 mg S/L in-cake.

He has never used this term before, and I cannot figure out if it is an abbrev. for something or what. He never says intake, and he lists 9 other medications in this reports that does not say this. Any help appreciated..maybe I am just hungry lol

It is plural not pleural! LOL. But I think of it as singular because small and large are adjectives describing the same bowel. If you were prepping the arm for surgery, you would put the upper and lower arm WAS prepped, not the upper and lower arms WERE prepped.
