Thanks in advance....I saw the rule AAMT has in abbreviations for RBCs and not RBC's.  I was  not sure if the same rule applied.

If it comes after the name of the hospital, yes.  If it's just by itself, no (except the P in P ward, I wouldn't hyphenate).
