S/L A0 screw through washer with legs? Is legs right? I haven't had a lot of experience with A0 screws and I can't find anything.

I work for vascular surgeons and I've never heard of any veins in the legs that even sound like jugular veins.
I would expect him to say restless legs

or even itchy legs. Unfortunately it is possible he is quoting the patient's description. If you are sure, I'd do it as you have it, with the quotes. If you aren't sure, then I'd blank it.
