calluses seen for his tibia in 3/4 s/l core-a-sees.

Radiographs of his right ankle reveals patient to have a distal tib-fib fracture with his hardware in good position with increased callus formation seen on both his tibia and of his fibula with calluses seen for his tibia in 3/4 coresees. His mortis is well maintained.
