4 x 4s ...sm

How should 4 x 4x be shown?  For example: sealed with triple antibiotic coated Vaseline gauze, 4 x 4s and Tegaderm. 

• 4 x 4s ...sm - gauze question
  • with or without the preceding apostrophe - SoCal
  • like the other poster(s) said......nm - No apostrophes with 4 x 4s or TMs
    • what is your source? personal opinion? - nm
  • if your company or client is using BOS - sm
    • And yet it would be wrong in the rest of the world. Go figure. - nm
