can this woman really be 350 pounds? Is she saying it wrong? thats more than 3x my weight. can someone really be 350 pounds?

Because she is also having hormonal changes but has had hysterectomy in the past, difficult to determine if this would be the time she would be going through menopause anyway, as he had S/L: physical menopause a few years ago.
It is very muffled and quick. Slowing down does not help. Does "physical" menopause make sense (I don't know, as I have not gone through it yet!) :)
