X-rays taken today indicate the prosthesis to be in good alignment. There is no evidence of loosening s/l or___ radiolucency. There is some calcification noted at the femur and the acetabulum, but the joint space is well maintained.

The bone disease could be metabolic or adynamic, depending on how his accent runs. For the type of renal disease, my first guess would be medicorenal disease (or medical renal), but again it would depend on whether there is an accent involved. Sorry I can't be of more help.
