Patient with PE and DVT. Dr. dictates..
Because of the patient receiving a small dose of _____ at the onset when she was found to have a very prolonged PT in the emergency room, the patient has required an increased amount of Coumadin and now also on Lovenox twice daily.
Please help! I am really stuck and need to get turned in ASAP. Thanks in advance
