Her pelvic films do not show any evidence of a pelvic fracture or *petiogratis fracture
? Tip of my tongue but cannot locate spelling, and there is static on the line. Can anybody help?

It's been awhile since I did rad trans. How do you differentiate between plain films and plane films?

The patient is 8-10 weeks post repair for recurrent cystourethrocele in cuff. She is still not healed. She is a diabetic, and it had been lowering her hormones. She had granulation tissue, which we cauterized. She will continue vaginal cream "in the pelvic vas", and will see her back in 2 weeks.

Little rule I learned a long time ago:
1. Plain as in "plain Jane", no make up, not dressed up and no where to go. So plain x-rays are those who are not augmented by any special dye or anything else such an arthrogram or MRI.
2. Plane as in a space between. A plane for dissection - a place or space to cut into.
