He stutters here after saying in the HPI:  In regard to her breast cancer, she did have a right mastectomy in 1992.  Unfortunately, she had a *recurrence of/uh colloid* occlusion of the left ureter, for which she had a resultant left nephroureterectomy in 1996.

Then the cuff was closed with interrupted figure-of-eight sutures of 3-0 Vicryl. Hemostasis appeared to be present.                         (doctor yawns) seemed to peristalse in their normal place. TIA.
