2.  On withdrawing the scope the patient's GE junction was regular with a tongue of pink tissue extending less than 2 cm.

it IS tissue expander or expansion....

they put in tissue expanders before actually doing the tissue expansion in which patients return for fills to the expanders until they are at a proper volume, usually at which point the expanders get changed out for permanent implants (gel or saline).

The cervix is consistent with a multiparous cervix.  The epithelial tissue appears to be normal.  The transition zone is normal, and the s/l media-appearing tissue is actually glandular tissue from down below.

This is in reference to a breast exam and the doctor indicates there is old scarring from some "cuoid" or "quoid" tissue on the right breast.  Any ideas?
