He stutters here after saying in the HPI: In regard to her breast cancer, she did have a right mastectomy in 1992. Unfortunately, she had a *recurrence of/uh colloid* occlusion of the left ureter, for which she had a resultant left nephroureterectomy in 1996.

He had cystoscopy done, which demonstrated hypertrophy of the left lower lobe of the prostate with 'visual' occlusion of his prostatic channel.
Doc has an accent and I'm hearing visual, but I did find 'vasal' on google search. Can anyone verify?
