I actually will hard return at the end of the line, which will bring you to the 2nd line going flush, and then hit TAB to line it up.  Takes an extra step, but I have to do that all of the time.  I don't know if this will help you in the short-term until someone wiser can answer or not???

Having trouble with an orthopedic sign
Doctor says he has no evidence and sounds like "aster cell" or something ruther. The patient has left elbow pain. When he pushes the elbow with the hand flexed and his elbow straight his arm kind of shakes. I think this is a type of neuro or orthopedic sign.

Homogenous (diffuse) - associated with SLE and mixed connective tissue disease
Speckled - associated with SLE, Sjogren’s syndrome, scleroderma, polymyositis, rheumatoid arthritis, and mixed connective tissue disease
Nucleolar - associated with scleroderma and polymyositis

Or are they the same thing?  Dictator says that the infant is gradually weaned from pressure OR pressor support and transferred to p.o. medications.  The infant has congestive heart failure.

The dictator has a very strong accent which makes it even more difficult... he could be saying either.  Thanks for any help!
