Podiatry operation for patient with hammertoes. 'Attention was directed to the fourth toe where an s/l adductovarus contracture was noted at the PIPJ.' Can anyone tell me if this is the correct term. TIA.

Breast capsular contracture - surgery

Left breast has a significant capsular contracture, more so medially, where there seems to be some tethering of the pectoralis muscle which is displacing the implant laterally.
We may have to performan AlloDerm sling medially in order to reconstruct the ______________ of the breast.
