I have an ESL doctor who sounds like he's saying, use of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs in the form of IV s/l theradol.  TIA.

Okay.  This is driving me crazy..........

Since the FDA, in its infinite wisdom, has taken away such drugs as Propulsid and Zelnorm from our armamentarium, we no longer hav..s/l prothrustaltic ... agents that we can use.

What is that word.  I have looked up everything but the correct word apparently.

This is a patient with appendicitis.  He went to the OR for a laproscopic appendectomy with 3 liters of irrigation.  He had a large amount of inflammatory "sigmong"-sounds like- at the appendix.  Any guesses? 

Is this ever capitalized.....or is it just listed as wet prep?

Under Review of Systems, it sounds like the doctors says "Derm no complaints, Hem no complaints." I've never heard this dictated in the Review of Systems before.

Used a lot in wound care etc. Have been typing that name ever since I started, back in the 70s. There is also Domeboro otic etc.

SKIN:  Lots of seborrheic keratoses.  He does have an elevated 9 mm papule on left side of the face, which has some vascularization and central core.  It almost looks like acanthokeratosis, but basal cell carcinoma cannot be fully ruled out.  No other suspicious lesions.  He does have some miliary rubra on the back. 

I have 2 dermatology - I am usually not a derm girl, so any help is MUCH appreciated.

Assessment:  Nevus s/l: roo-let-ee s/l: tip-e-er midabdomen.  (Nevus ruletti tipiar midabdomen)?? AND:

s/l: Dermatified (or dromatified) broma right shin.  She uses this phrase in a previous sentence:

On his right shin he has superficial change that appears like a dermatified broma; however, it is not as nodular beneath the shin, but it is definitely excoriated or irritated on the surface. 

I just cannot find any info on these two - sorry this is so long.  I am covering for someone and would prefer not to send to the editor!!  TIA

I am in the derm part of the exam:

DERM: The patient with some darkened discoloration with some evidence of s/l Likif_____cation on the lateral aspect of the right leg. (the patient says that he has had experienced pruritus and has scratched that area vigorously.
