I do a lot of transcriptions on patients who have had spinal fusions, and the term facet joint has been used a lot.

Thank you, haven't turned work in yet, so appreciate your input. In listening back, it definitely sounds like locks, but facet is what he slurred. Just googled and that's what I found with lock. Thank you all so much, you saved me great embarrassment with new account.
