Subject: "tentatives" would be right
If dictated, "she has no complaints, specifically no tentatives or neuropathy", that would make sense, since the physician could be using those words to say "no complaints, specifically no signs or symptoms" like in "no neuropathy or tentative complaints (respectively)."
