Gait and coordination are normal as are rapid repetitive movements (on or and) finger to nose.
I cannot tell if this should be on finger to nose or and finger to nose.

On examination, she has a well-healed carpal tunnel release, full range of motion of all of her fingers. Negative Tinel's and Phalen’s and median nerve compression of the left wrist. Positive elbow flexion test. Negative Froment’s. Negative Scotty Earle's and decreased sensation of the ring and small finger. She does not have any subluxation of the ulnar nerve.

that was cut off. I also found the same link you gave but that is a foam to be placed in the rectum. I cannot find anywhere it it used for lacerations.
