My employer considers a.c. a "dangerous abbreviation" and we have to use "before meals".

It states in the AAMT Book Style to use "nightly", but I recd QA feedback that this was wrong.

Every hour of sleep is translation for qhs despite BOS having it as nightly. Maybe your QA was a latin scholar!! If it was something like Ambien, maybe they considered it wrong because you would take that at bedtime and not just some time at night?
