GC cultures

We will do a herpes simplex virus culture along with GC and chlamydia cultures.
I googled and I get GC (Neisseria gonorrhoeae), Genital culture, and Gonorrhea Culture, and Gonorrhea and Clamydia cultures. My abbreviation book has a few, but the closest one is gono-coccus.
Does anyone know which one it should definetely be?

We then paid attention to the perineoplasty. A triangular incision at the posterior s/l forcet was performed with the apex approximating 1 cm away from the anus. We then placed an s/l intergrafted stitch through the bulbocavernosis mucosa _____ tissue on the other side. An additional supporting stitch was then placed. At this point, we were able to reapproximate the vaginal and the posterior s/l forcet using a 2-0 chromic in a running fashion.
