Liability? now that's interesting.....
Biden is already a liability to Obama. He has let his concerns be known by what he just said. Obama has to at least be smart enough to know Biden hasn't given him all his loyalty and never will. I can guarantee you Biden IS afraid something bad will happen if Obama is elected, because he knows Obama will destroy our intelligence service and there won't be any, which will leave everything wide open. There will be so much infiltration by those seeking to do our country harm it will be scary. Biden has it right there.
Fox Balance
How can you saw fox news is pretty balanced in one sentence and then in the next sentence state yes it may lean more conservative. just like a fox news viewer contradictory and speak with forked tongue - which is it now - blance or lean more conservative?

This is where the majority of all 3 tiers of the government can make such a difference. Say what you will/want about the GOP (I carry water for no one), but even they couldn't spend money this badly.

You have that completely backwards, it was President Clinton's administration that had a balance
for the firs time in modern history; not only that, there was a government surplus. George came, and I think you can following the bouncing ball here....trillions of dollars in deficit left behind...talk about rewriting history!!!! I wish people would stop making ludicrous statements without one work to back it up............
