If minorities get hired first, then why do I have 2 out of work black brother in laws who are highly qualified to do their respective jobs and cannot find work?

Why is my husband - who is black - in college to get a degree because he has been passed over for promotions so many times and the "good ole boys" got the job, and then he was expected to train them?

I think you got it wrong - it may not have been because you are white that you did not get your job - it may have been because the minority was more qualified than you!
