However, conversely, I would never claim that all conservatives enjoy making snide and intentionally hurtful comments.  I'm not so shallow and stupid as to negatively stereotype such a large and diverse group.   

Just remember when you cast about your nasty stereotypes of liberals you are name-calling at least 50 percent of the U.S.  I think you must really dislike this country.

The majority of Jihadists follow a creed of peace. Once again, you have stereotyped. 

Don't know where you get your other figures, but in the overall world population the number of brutal killers that you allude to is fairly small, even when taken just in the context of the Middle East.  But I would agree that our invasion of Iraq has fanned the flames of a previously small fire.  This was predicted by Middle East experts.
