I am not an extremist Christian. I am a Bible believing Christian. And I never told the OP she HAD to believe my way. I am just expressing my views as she is. She said she is sick of hearing it. I am saying I am sick of hearing "the other side." Also, ANY Christian that believes in the Bible should believe in all of God's word, not just pick out a verse or two that suits their situation. God/Jesus did preach love yes but they also preached a lot more than that. I dont spread hate. I never said I hated gay people. I said I believe it is wrong. God said it was wrong. He said it, not me. He said it was wrong, he didnt say he hated anyone who was gay. Why is it in this day that to say something is wrong, that means you hate? Christians should stand up for what God said, he expects us to. And telling another that something they may be doing is wrong, is what God expects of us. It is called a testimony. A Christian is supposed to set an example through their life and also by telling others about his word. His whole word, not just what doesnt offend. You cant preach just love w/o accountability or you are not preaching God's word.
