I'm sure no more babies will be piling up in closets after the election than before.

Perhaps a little over dramatic?
I do tend to agree that Clinton is very intent upon getting the nomination, is power hungry, and is not running the best campaign (sometimes a little underhanded) to achieve that end. I'm an Obama supporter and hope he gets the nomination, but I think demonizing the woman into a "criminal and a "liar" is a bit over the top.
Actually for the first time in many, many years the Democrats have two rather exceptional candidates this time around. Both are intelligent, determined, and I think both want to change the direction of the country.
If you think back, actually the Clinton years were by and large quite prosperous ones. No, we we were not "taxed to death", jobs were fairly plentiful, and I think there was more of a sense of world unity than exists today. People, by and large felt generally good about things under Clinton, which is why he left office with a 70% approval rate. Hillary is not Bill, she does not have his personality, and I think in many ways is much more driven than he, perhaps to an extreme.
As I said I support Obama, would like to see him get the nomination, but really the Democrats have two stellar candidates running this time, not exactly the John Kerry or AL Gore types. These two are both very dynamic.
Dramatic and typical........
I agree with you 100%. I want the best for my country and I am willing to sacrifice whatever I have to in order to achieve that end.
