Well, if I come across as defensive, so be it. It is because I am sick of people trying to regulate what I feel should be a woman's choice. No, I have never had an abortion. I have 2 children that were planned for and wanted. But I have friends who did and I am glad they were able to have that choice.
I am sure you don't care what i believe, but I am sure you want to change the laws so that there is no choice. To me, that is pushing your beliefs on me.

Wow, you guys are sure defensive!
I am just used to boards where the current events are being discussed. Yes, I was trying to stir the pot! Just not like you think. Wrong approach? LOL...maybe. So what is your opinion about the stem cell bill coming up?
my defensive slur?
I am not interested in an attack on my views from anyone, least of all someone who does not know me, but dare to call me a right wing christian because I had the audacity to disagree with what you typed. I am not interested in arguing with you, simply pointing out that even all of those flavors of Republicans that you point out would probably not call Arnold a "staunch republican."
sorry if sounding defensive
I know u didnt call me stupid, didnt mean it to sound so nasty. I reread my post and it sounded mean. Didnt mean it that way.
Nope, not defensive. A realist. The only thing...
that will convince you is to experience it. If he wins...hang onto your hat...and your pocketbook. With both hands. :)
We get angry and defensive because we are tired of hearing..sm
the same-old same-old and the suspicions and negative remarks over and over again.
