In Reply to: Regarding these "bottom of the barrel" people... - Sassi
There is something just not right about your posts, Sassi. I happen to live in an area (rural) where there are many wealthy and many low income people as well as many middle class. Most of the wealthy became wealthy in the cattle and poultry industry and by hard work. They employ minimum wage workers and the going rate of pay is $8 an hour. These working poor people work hard, rarely miss a day's work and are loyal to their employers. They are proud people who don't ask for or take government handouts. The "employees" you are describing simply don't fit the mold of the working poor. Freeloaders don't have a job and probably wouldn't take one if you offered it to them. The working poor can't afford to miss a day of work. Your obvious contempt for the working poor is despicable.
