...when and if any such legislation is passed making voluntary service mandatory (an oxymoron if there ever was one), you won't have to jump (like a frog) from link to link to find out about it. It will require separate legislation and will be headline news the minute it comes up for debate, just as it would be if Congress passed a draft for the military. I think either one has about an equal chance of passing, though (meaning, none). Even "Hitler's Youth" was not a mandatory organization.
